Cottage Accommodations Overview

Channel Waterfront Cottages offers 15 unique 1, 2, and 3+ bedroom vacation rentals. Each cottage includes air conditioning, cable television, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Most feature full kitchens, private bathrooms, and outdoor decks with Weber stainless steel gas grills. Cottage 9 has a glassed-in screened porch with two queen beds, while Wellesley Pines Gray includes three levels connected by a spiral staircase with sleeping for 10 guests.

Private Beach Access

The property features a private sandy beach with 24 chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. Shallow water conditions make it suitable for children. Guests have access to a private island with an outdoor fireplace, Sonos internet radio, and flat-screen television with Direct-TV. Two large Weber grills with umbrellas and chairs are available for waterfront barbecues.

Weirs Beach Location

Located on Lake Winnipesaukee in Weirs Beach, New Hampshire. The property is a 3-minute walk from Weirs Beach Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, arcades, and convenience stores. Pease International Tradeport is 90 km away. The channel features constant boat traffic through a 'No Wake' zone, from kayaks to cabin cruisers.

Seasonal Operation Details

Open April through October. Summer weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday with rates from $1895 to $3195. Rates vary by cottage size, number of guests, and additional items like pets or boats. Special event rates apply for Winni Derby weekend and Memorial Day weekend. Post-Labor Day rates start at $169.

Pet Policy Requirements

Pets over 10 pounds require advance notification with breed and weight details. Pets must remain leashed at all times. Brooms and dustpans are provided for daily cleaning to remove pet evidence. Designated off-property areas are specified for pet bathroom needs during check-in.
